Buying a YC - Confused by something

Hello there,

We've found a used YC and are considering buying it.

Something I don't understand though is the media screen in the middle, when we test drove other models they looked like this (with lots of buttons down each side):

However, the one we've found looks like this, with just four buttons on the side:

Is the one we're looking at worse in some way?

I have the bottom one on my 2021 Premier Edition.
I have access to everything I need on that system.

I am going to guess and it is purely a guess in that the top one has physical buttons to access the different parts of the system where as the one I have is more touch screen oriented.
